Self care, yay
Yesterday I decided to dedicate my evening to self care, so I busted out a scrub and face mask from Lush that my mum bought me, put on some music and had a good time 🙂 And oh my goodness, that face mask is a miracle in a jar. It’s called “the sacred truth” and it smells kind of funny, but it just calms and clears up my skin instantly. It also makes me look like Shrek or the Hulk or something, which is a nice side effect 😛
Had an exam today, and decided to reward myself with some cereal that I had been craving for the last couple of day. Picked up some milk and 8 small boxes of different types of cereal on my way home. I get a bit nostalgic eating them, cause I used have these types of cereal when I was younger. Especially the chocolate flavored one is kind of dear to me because my grandparents would always buy them for me and my sister when we were visiting 🙂 I also felt like this was a great opportunity for me to challenge my disordered thoughts on food, so I’m kind of proud of myself 🙂
