I haven’t dont shit this past week because the body’s been sick. However, we’re getting better and better and we actually worked out today (yay). Starting tomorrow, we will be following blogilates’ beginner’s work out calender and I’m sort of looking forward to it. Who would have thought? Anyway. Next weeks challenge will be to follow the calender. Simple, right? If you decide to give the work out calender a try, feel free to let me know so we can cheer each other on and all that good shit.
Oh, and we still haven’t come up with ways to reward ourselves. Not sure if I should laugh or cry.
