I’m not even going to pretend to be happy, this day has been crap, and that’s that.
Last weeks challenges were to talk to my therapist about my compulsion to eat up and to do this routine twice, and we succeeded with both, woopdie-fucking-doo. Upon completing both challenges, someone in here thought that we’d be worthy of a small reward. Only problem was that we didn’t know how to reward ourselves. And I guess acknowledging your achievements is a good thing so this week, our challenge is to come up with three ways to reward ourselves that do not involve food. We’ve decided to try and work towards making food about nourishment, not managing feelings. Blahblahblah. Goodbye.
